Wakely Mediation

I participated in a workplace mediation process led by Wakely mediation. I was very impressed and comforted by the knowledge of the mediator as well as how the process was structured. I felt acknowledged and heard through the process and also was able to gain perspective of the other party which assisted in understanding the issue at hand in a more global sense. The meeting was very controlled and organized. There was a variety of approaches used, including group discussion, group problem solving as well as private caucus meetings which allowed for private expressions of ourselves and feelings involved. This gave the mediator more information to work with in the meeting which ultimately concluded with a joint understanding and arrangement to move forward with.
